Before we perform the sheet metal cutting process with a laser, we perform a thorough cleaning. In order for the cut to be neat and smooth, the metal surfaces must be free of all kinds of dirt. 

With the help of compressed air, we purify the metal surfaces from dust and other dirt.
After all cleaning operations are completed, we place the metal to be cut on the table of the CNC machine. 

We perform the cutting process in line with the requests of our customers and the dimensions they give us. 
Offering Fiber Laser power options between 1000 W and 3000 W, BLE series offers 1.2 G acceleration and 50 m/min. We can cut up to cutting speeds.

 

We have CAD and CAM software that we use for cutting. In other words, we decide on the design of the cutting processes with the help of these software.
